Returns Policy

  • Refund (only available for manufacturer fault items paid by COD or Credit card)
  • Please note Credit card bank fee will be not refund
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment


Returns are easy at Toysuae , simply return your purchase within 3* days.

 What is return process for my item(s)?

 Items must be returned, in new, or like-new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.Whatever the reason for your return, just fill out our Returns Form in and let us know whether you would like a replacement or online credit.

How do I return an item?

• First, fill out our simple on-line  Returns Form.

• Make sure to pack your item in the same packaging it arrived in.

• Please include a printed copy of your completed returns form.

• You can request a free courier pick up service from toysuae.com (For products above 500AED) from anywhere in the UAE for the item you wish to return. All orders below 500aed will need to be returned by you to the toysuae.com offices, but you still want pick up service then it will charge 30 AED Standard.

Please note the following items,

: Pre-recorded movies & music; computer & video game software; trading cards; and breast pumps must be returned in its original, sealed and unopened packages along with online packing slip for refund. If the packages have been opened, the items may only be exchanged for the identical items or titles.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective,Nothing is more important than the safety of your children. To that end, we will gladly accept returns on recalled items. If you choose to return your item to our Online Return Center, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment as long as the item is accompanied by your packing slip.

If your product arrives damaged or missing any parts that should have been included, you can request a online credit or exchange. If you paid COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be given a replacement or online credit. If you purchased your product by Credit Card or Paypal, we will credit your card/Paypal or exchange the item.

Please note that the online credit expires within 1 week from issue date.

If the item is manufacturer damange then it will be replace with a new one

Some items like bouncy castles  etc which have repair kits as well, so customers can repair it by themselves. If any item damage due to customer's fault or during opening of product's box then item won't be replaced by new one but we will repair it for free.
